Survicate

Survicate helps you keep track of user reviews on their experience on your website.

Connecting your Survicate account to Smartlook is simple and requires just a few steps

1. Be sure that you have both the Smartlook and Survicate script implemented in your website.
2. Connect the two using the default Smartlook integration on the Survicate website.
3. Create a survey for your website.

4. Choose the target as the page you want the survey to be.

Now, when a visitor submits a reply to your survey, you receive the answer to your Smartlook account connected to a session.

All answers are collected automatically under a custom event named Question answered. Or, you can even look for sessions which have the response you are looking for by filtering the custom event property.
